While you're away I will be happy to visit with your pets once a day or however many times you feel is necessary. I will walk and play with your dog, entertain your feline, or teach your African grey a new word.

I contacted Lori and found myself speaking to a very meticulous, kind, and thorough lady. Lori’s schedule was booked (of course), but I really wanted to meet this special person. I was willing to work around her schedule to accommodate my needs. I am SO glad I did! At our meet and greet, Lori came exceptionally prepared, with a notebook containing her references, a copy of her license, insurance documents, and a pet care agreement. I also realized that Lori and I have a lot in common. I think we spent almost an hour just chatting! I knew immediately that Lori would be a perfect fit for my cat.... and boy did I hit the jackpot! While I was away, Lori showed up at her scheduled time every day and spent quality time with my pet. I have a very sweet but shy cat who doesn’t like to come out from underneath my bed. I was in awe of Lori’s “talent”, when she sent me photos and videos on the first day showing my pet allowing her to pet him and play with him. She really made my day. I knew I had nothing else to worry about. Overall, Lori did a remarkable job. She was very communicative during my leave and kept my mind at ease by sending notes, photos, and videos of my sweet and happy kitty. I would recommend Lori Ott’s services to anyone - even the pickiest of pet parents! She is dedicated, professional, honest, on time, and keeps her word. |
